‘Career First Steps – CAO 2024’
Further and Higher Education and Career Decision making presents as a complex process for students and parents alike. Our aim is to bring relevant professionals together to help demystify this and help reduce the stress that can build in so many households across the town and its hinterland.
This event will facilitate parents coming together and learning to better understand the CAO process. They will have the opportunity to interact with relevant professionals to find answers to their questions in this area.
Madeline Hearne and colleagues will present the fundamentals of the CAO process and the key dates and actions pertinent to timely application. This will be followed by a Q/A and discussion on how parents can support young people through the CAO process and minimize stress levels for all concerned.
